Three things, all of which we can actually promise.
No platform fees
No booking fee and no service fee is added at checkout. A listing platform adds its margin to your total; we do not have one to add.
Owned and operated by us
Every property in the collection is run by our own teams. Nobody is passing your message to a third party and hoping.
Written confirmation
Every confirmed reservation is confirmed in writing with a reference. Nothing is settled on a verbal maybe.
What we will not claim: that we are always the cheapest, that cancellation is always free, or that we will reply within a fixed number of minutes. Those depend on the property and the season, and a promise we cannot keep on a bad week is worth less than no promise at all.
