Our story

Morales Inns & Suites is a small collection of properties in and around San José, Costa Rica, owned and operated by our own teams.

We run 9 properties across 5 areas. That is the whole collection — we would rather look after a small number of places properly than list a large number and manage none of them.

Because we own and operate what we let, the person who answers your enquiry can tell you what the building is actually like: which side gets the afternoon sun, whether the road is noisy on a Saturday, whether the lift has been fixed. That is difficult to fake and it is most of the reason guests come back.

We sell directly rather than through platforms, which is why there is no booking fee on top of what we quote you.
