Getting in

Arrival guide

What happens between landing and putting your bag down.

Arrival details are specific to each property — the address, the access method, who meets you and where to park are not the same in Escazú as they are in Barrio Escalante. So we send them to you directly rather than publishing a general version that would be wrong somewhere.

After you book

You receive a written confirmation with your reference. Arrival instructions for your specific property follow before you travel.

On the day

You will have a name and a number for the person responsible for that property. Not a call centre.

If plans change

Flights move. Tell us as early as you can and we will work around it where the property allows.

Getting from the airport

Ask us when you book and we will tell you the sensible option for your property and arrival time.

If you have already booked and your arrival details have not reached you, contact us with your reference and we will send them straight away.

Arriving soon and need the details? Quote your reference and we will send them now.
