Step-free access
What we can tell you honestly about getting into and around our properties.
Some of our properties have step-free access and some genuinely do not — San José has a lot of hillside buildings and older conversions. We would rather tell you which is which than describe everything as "accessible" and leave you to discover the three steps at the entrance.

What "step-free" means here
No steps between the street and the door of the unit, including any lift. If there is a threshold, we will say so.
What we cannot yet tell you
Door widths, bathroom layouts and turning circles are not yet recorded for every property. Ask about a specific one and we will measure it.
Ask before you book
Tell us what you need and we will tell you which properties genuinely meet it — or that none of them do.
If you need something we have not thought of, say so. A specific question gets a specific answer.
