We are a small team running our own properties in and around San José. When we hire, we hire people who want to look after a guest properly rather than process a booking.

What we look for
Judgement over process. Most of this work is deciding the right thing to do when a guest has a problem at 9pm.
How we work
Owned and operated by our own teams. Nobody here is subcontracted, and nobody is passing your problem along.
