House rules
The short version: look after the place as you would your own, and tell us early if something goes wrong.
Specific rules differ by property — some buildings have quiet hours set by a residents’ association, some allow pets and some cannot, some have parking and some do not. Rather than publish a generic list that would be wrong for half the collection, the rules for your property are confirmed in writing with your booking.
What applies everywhere
No parties or events. No smoking indoors. The number of guests staying is the number on the booking.
Quiet hours
Most of our buildings are residential and several have quiet hours set by the building, not by us. Yours will be stated.
Pets
Allowed at some properties only, and agreed in advance. Filter the collection to pet-friendly and confirm with us.
Damage
Accidents happen and we would far rather hear about it while you are there than discover it afterwards.
If anything above conflicts with what is written in your booking confirmation, your confirmation is the one that counts.
